SF Sweaters Ltd started its operation at Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The management team employed by SF Sweaters Ltd has been involved in the ready-made apparel industry since the last decade. SF Sweaters Ltd employs over 1200 skilled workers and managerial staff. Our factory approximately covers an area of 125,000 sqft with all the modern facilities. The operation plant is built on our own land. We have all the major departments including Marketing, Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Shipping. Our corporate head office is located in the capital city, Dhaka.
Our Production team is compromised of skilled employees who have been successfully contributing to SF Sweaters Ltd as well as our country’s economy as a whole.
SF Sweaters LTD is Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) audited. In 2003. BSCI was established by the Foreign Trade Association (FTA) in order to create consistency and harmonization for companies wanting to improve their social compliance in the global supply chain. BSCI aims to establish a common platform for the various European companies’ Codes of Conducts and monitoring systems, it also lays the groundwork for a common monitoring system for social compliance.
The experience and the know-how gained by companies and associations from their monitoring systems were the foundations of the BSCI approach and management instruments.
SF Sweaters Ltd. Provides day care for mothers with new borns, as well as medical benefits for the entire work force. The facility contain a cafeteria and break rooms as prayer areas. We take health and safety measure of our workers as a top priority. First Aid Boxes, along with trained people, are provided for all floors. In addition, paramadics and doctors and available on-site for emergency purposes.
Monthly fire drills are conducted to ensure everyone is educated incase of emergencies and these safety measures are professionally audited in regular intervals to keep it relevant and update.
SF Sweaters Ltd has its own quality assurance and quality efficiency monitoring system to ensure consistence top quality products. The system reduces the need for rework resulting in the improvement of production efficiency. Also, it aides in identifying operators who require extensive/additional training to meet the standers. Checkpoints at all processes guarantee better quality products. Moreover, reputed textile testing laboratories are used to test raw materials for physical& chemical characteristics to ensure that the materials are of the highest standard. In-house Quality Auditor (QA) team arries out random house inspection of the packed goods before final inspection are conducted by the buyer’s QA.

Production planning and targets are based on samples, and product engineering department ensures timely deliveries of shipments. Implementation of proven production efficiency monitoring system ensures that product is completed before the shipment date.
